Cooking Up a Storm, or how to make breakfast on project

Part of eating well on project is learning to make meals from a limited selection of ingredients. This morning’s breakfast was so good I thought I’d share it:

Dice half an old onion you find in the fridge and a lonely clove of garlic from the shelf. Fry in oil. Add a tin of fish and the remains of a tin of sweetcorn. Meanwhile make a piece of toast by dry frying. Put fish mixture onto toast, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add mayonnaise to taste.

Delicious!
