And the results are in …

It was a close call but I would call the results definitive. Your favourite organizational device is – drumroll please – the binder with pen pouch option. However, controversy surrounds the poll as the fans of the clipboard say I biased people’s opinion by adding “with pen pouch” thereby making the binder sound more glamorous and skewing the vote. I admit, I was on the side of the binder, but the facts don’t lie. Although, almost as many people voted other and suggested a kind of box file combo, a clipboard-box where the writing surface opens like a binder to reveal a place to store spare paper and pens. Genius. If they have them in Walmart (likely) and I have my way (unlikely) the assessment team will be kitted out with them within the hour!

  1. I just wanted to write you guys to let you know that you’re wrong. Clipboards are superior. Easy access to whatever you want while you’re on the go. No extra steps like all that “opening” crap, and then you just take it from there. You throw it in a file, throw it in the trash, whatever. Clipboards: Easy come, easy use easy go. There you have it.

    Your welcome.

    Love,

    Terri

    • Thanks for the update! Jen is very happy that someone else is taking her side in the great organizational device debate. I, while in the binder camp, accept that you make some very good points. Here’s something to think about though: what if, as you release the clasp, to throw away the top piece of paper, a sudden gust of wind blows all of your other important documents into the mud? Disaster.
